| A very large percentage of the
information on this site has come from the annual reports of the various
railroad companies. On Annual Reports to Stockholders Locations,
I have listed the annual reports I have found and where you can find a
copy of each one. Obviously, there are many railroads and many years for
which no annual reports have been located and other sources have been used
to fill in. Below are several annual
reports to give you a feel for the contents of these source documents.
Most reports were about 30 pages long, but some ran to 180 pages. I am
also posting transcriptions of the President's, Superintendent's and Chief
Engineer's Reports on the various railroads' home pages.
I have made copies of every annual report I have been able to locate. Should you need information from them, I will be glad to assist. |
