New Orleans & Carrollton Locomotives |
|||||||
The New Orleans & Carrollton RR owned all the shares of the Jefferson & Lake Pontchartrain RR. The only list of the rolling stock for the two railroads has the stock listed without specifying which road owned which piece. The listing is probably good for the war period, though a few pieces may have been lost during that time. The Lake operated on the Jefferson Road when it opened in 1853. Pelican was found on the Mexican Gulf RR in 1860, probably leased. |
