To surveying and measuring the Rail
Road property making a plat of the same showing all the tracks
from Peleg Clarke's factory to the rail road bridge across the
Rappahannock River showing the boundaries of all the lots, the
sizes and position of the Depot, offices, platforms &
warehouses, engine houses, turn out, turntables, wood sheds and
all other buildings on the property; also the streets of the
town, showing the squares of the town traversed by Rail Road
also the lots and houses on said squares and many other houses
on opposite sides of said streets $30 |
