Dear Sir, |
I see from the papers that
Doct Lewis has resigned his position as Superintendent of the State
Road. The position has to be given to some one & as this part of
the State has never been represented in the Road in any way I would
like to have the appointment, I am needy & I think I could
discharge the duties of the officer having been long engaged in an
active Business Life could attend to duties of that office |
I can give you any reference
you may desire, Please let me hear from you at your Earliest
Convenience & oblige yours |
Very Respectfully |
J M Cooper |
{I have no record of
this man being hired.} |
