| The want of corn is very great
in this army may prove disastrous will you direct the Rail Roads hence
to Americus {Western & Atlantic RR, Macon
& Western RR and South Western RR} to permit through trains
to run & thus enable us to feed our Cavalry & Artillery
horses. Any arrangements you may make for compensation, Genl Bragg
will confirm. |
