| Excitement here high. I Have
just bought 225 casks of rice at 2 1/2 cts -- will ship it up the
Central {(of Georgia)} Road ninety miles
to morrow. Cotton is being shipped up the road. Suppose all will be
sent off in a short time. Many merchants are exceedingly anxious to
send off their goods wares & merchandize but the R. R. Managers
refuse to ship for them. ***** |
