| I hereby authorize Mr W. H.
McDowell Agent of the Ordnance Dept. to use what coal cars belonging to
this Co. he may find upon any of the lines of Railway in this State or
Tenn. for transportation of coal for Government purposes from the mines
to Columbus Ga and he is to have control of said cars as long as may be
necessary for said purposes & not interfering with other Government
work. |
