On the 13th of January last I
had the honor of addressing you a letter in which I notified you to
appoint an appraiser to meet an appraiser to be appointed by me, for
the purpose of ascertaining the value of the iron rails, chairs and
spikes and scrap iron on the line of the Florida Rail Road and about
its Depots and shops. |
As you have made no reply to
that communication, I hereby report the notice as above stated and
request that you will name an appraiser on the part of the company.
Will you please make a reply to this letter in the course of today, as
I shall be obliged to leave Gainesville on tomorrow morning. |
