| Maj. Hurt arrived arrived last night from
Richmond. There is a very great pressure for Cars again. The Govt. has
taken almost exclusive charge of transportation. I think however I
will be able to send up 2 or 3 cars this week. |
| I am out of funds -- shall I borrow a few
hundred dollars? |
