The Southern Pacific Rail Road Company
having completed twenty five miles of Road and now in running order
together with twenty five miles graded and ready for Superstructure,
ask that a Special Engineer be appointed to examine said work and
report thereon in order that the Company may receive the loan under
the provisions of an act providing for the investment of the School
fund passed 13th August 1856. |
