| Yours of October 2d/61 enclosing a notice
to the President Vice President or Secretary of the Memphis El Paso
& Pacific Rail Road Company pertaining to a Report of said Rail
Road Company was received on yesterday and I this morning handed the
same in person to Travis G. Wright who acknowledged to me that he was
the acting Vice President of said Rail Road Company. H. S. Bennett the
acting President being absent. |
