| I am in receipt of a communication from R.
S. Tormes Secretary of State, dated 6th instant, enclosing Copy of
Resolution, passed by the Directors of the H & Texas Central Rway
Co. on the 25th Nov. last for alteration &c. |
| In conformity with his suggestions, I
herewith enclose you a copy of said resolution amended, approved by
the Directors of said Company, which I trust will now be joined in
conformity with the Acts of the Legislature, approved 11th Jany 1862. |
