| Herewith I send you the Resolutions passed
by the Directors of the H&TC RR Co in conformity with the two Acts
of the Legislature approved 12th & 13 January, extending relief to
Railway Companies. If the Resolutions are not as complete as the acts
require, please say so and they will be altered so as to cover the
case fully. |
