| I, Clen R. Johns Comptroller of the State
of Texas, do hereby certify, that the Report of E. S. Pitts, Engineer
appointed to examine the Eastern Texas Rail Road, now on file in my
Office, Shows that said Road has been graded twenty five miles ready
for the cross ties, beginning at, and in addition to the terminus of
the Road already completed and in running order. |
