Several men has been sent to Miss for the purpose of
getting out that rolling stock nothing has been done the stock is
yet valuable & should be got out some of it has not been injured
the rail road companies will superintend the building if the force
is furnished orders will have to come from Richmond to impress hands
if the work is done |
