The Chief Comsy of this Cmd requires transportation
for flour destined for this place of which three hundred bbls are at
Salisbury{, NC} one hundred fifty at
Lexington{, NC}
one hundred at Holtsburg{, NC} &
three hundred at Concord{, NC} all of
these places are cviseds{?} of this cmd
& of have no control over the QMRS there. Please direct the
respective officers by telegraph to furnish immediate transportation
for the flour to this place its speedy arrival being of great
importance |
