| We have now on North Eastern R Road one Engine &
fifteen cars employed in carrying wood to the city of Charleston as
our machines & car power now needed on our Macon road to such an
extent as to render it almost impossible to meet the requirements of
Govt if you impress you must take the ??? to carry cotton from
Charleston to Wilmington we will bring it over to ????? as fast as
it can be taken forward answer at once |
