You can have the train that Genl Whiting seized at
Wilmington for one trip between here or "Augusta" &
there & for longer if it can be spared & provided you allow
us five open cars of freight to Nassau on RRoad account Capt Sims is
here & suggests that arrangement as return supplies are for Rail
Road Material we will do our best meanwhile answer |
