C & S {Charleston &
Savannah} RR will receive no more govt cotton from us as they
now have one thousand bales piled up at Charleston and seventeen
(17) cars loaded which Seixas Govt agent refuses to receive &
insists on our cars going through to Wilmington refer to my telegram
of Oct 23 you will see we positive refused to allow our cars to go
beyond Charleston we have considerable Govt Cotton here from Macon
& move Comisy daily what shall we do unless it is remedied we
cannot continue to receive it at Macon |
