| Why is it that Maj Cameron cannot continue to await
the accounts of the Wilmington & Weldon RR Co to 30th Sept. Our
fiscal year has closed & I want to perfect my statements for the
stockholders. Quarter Master General has
authorized the auditing and yet it is prohibited if any deposits are
wanted you will have our annual report as soon as published the
Rates now allowed us are too low but I want the accounts for the
year closed answer immedy |
