Edward D. Frost, superintendent of
railroad {Mississippi Central RR},
telegraphs from Yocona that he has your orders to military officers
to seize the trains and run them with no notice to him. It is not
expedient to take military possession of the road. Assurances are
given to employ the whole power of the road for military purposes.
Fulfill the Ruggles contract, and act in the view indicated in your
letter of 19th.
