| Notice to the stockholders of the M.
& O. R. R. |
| The annual meeting of the
stockholders of the Mobile & Ohio Railroad will be held on Tuesday
the 6th May, and the annual election for Directors on Tuesday the 8th
May, and the stockholders are invited to attend in person or by proxy. |
| The transfer Book will be
closed ten days previous to the election. |
