| Messrs. Editors, |
| While we know by bitter
experience that Corn and Meal are daily becoming scarcer, and
consequently higher here, there is said to be a great abundance of
corn in and at the depots of the W. &. W. R. R. {Wilmington
& Weldon RR} waiting transportation to this place, but that
the Road either will not or cannot bring it. Why it is so we should
like to be informed. |
