Major Fremont, the
Superintendent of the Wilmington {& Weldon} railroad,
has presented the Government with one of the most complete and elegant
ambulance cars we have ever seen. It affords accommodation for about
twenty patients. Its arrangements are very interesting, and its
elegant structure has been much admired by visitors at the depot,
where it is placed for the present. |
