Runaway from the W., C. &
R. R. R. {Wilmington, Charlotte & Rutherford
RR}, about two months since, a negro boy named LEWIS, belonging
to Col. Robt. H. Cowan. Said Lewis is short 15 years old, black, and
stout built. When last heard from, he was at the camp of one of the
regiments belonging to Gen. Clingman's brigade, (previous to their
leaving for South Carolina,) and is probably now with one of the
regiments. |
The above reward will be paid
for his delivery to the undersigned, or for his arrest and confinement
in Jail so that I can get him. |
