| The following resolution of
the Board of Directors of the Wilmington & Weldon Rail Road
Company, was passed this day and ordered to be published -- viz.: |
| Resolved, That a
Dividend of 4 per cent. on the Capital Stock of this Company be paid
to stockholders on the 10th day of May next. |
| Ordered, That the Books
for transfer of Stock be closed on the 1st May next. |
