| The President and Directors
have this day declared a Dividend of 4 1/2 per cent upon the capital
stock of this Company, payable to Stockholders at the office of the
Company on and after the 15th day of May next. |
| Transfer Books will be closed
from 1st to 15th May inclusive. |
