Wilmington, N.C., March 16th, 1861 |

On and after Monday, the 18th inst., a
Freight Train will run on this road, as follows: Up Mondays and
Thursdays; Down Tuesdays and Fridays. Freight for this train must be
at the Depot by one o'clock the day previous to departure. No freight
will hereafter be carried by passenger train, except at discretion of
the Agent, when double rates will be charged. |
