The income bonds of this
Company are due and payable at the Bank of Charleston, S. C., in the
City of Charleston on the 1st day of March, 1864. Notice is hereby given
to all holders of said bonds that they will be paid on presentation at
said Bank in the City of Charleston on maturity, with any interest
coupons thereon. Also, that they will be paid on presentation at the
Treasurer's office of this Company in Wilmington, N. C., with any
interest coupons due thereon, if preferred by the holders. The interest
accruing on these Bonds will cease on and after the 1st day of March,
1864. |
