| We are pleased to learn that
the Postmaster General has made a proposition to the President of the
Wilmington, Charlotte & Rutherford Railroad, for carrying mail on that
road, so that if the proposition should be accepted by Mr. Guion
{President of the RR}, we will have the
mail in a very short time. |
