On and after January 1st,
1863, the regular fare on this Road will be at the rate of five cents
per mile when tickets are purchased, and 10 cents extra if tickets are
not procured. Fare by Freight Trains six cents per mile. |
Negroes unaccompanied by a
white person must present two passes, one of which will be retained by
the Agent, the other to be held by the negro. Without such pass,
negroes will be excluded from the trains. |
