| To the Shippers of Cotton over the
Wilmington & Manchester Railroad |
| From and after the 15th inst.
all parties shipping cotton over the Wilmington & Manchester
Railroad will be required to give written guarantee to the Company
against all loss or damage by fire. |
| Printed guarantees will be
furnished to the agents at the stations which may be signed by
shippers. No cotton will be received for shipment until guarantee is
signed. |
