Wilmington & Manchester Railroad |
Yesterday forenoon, after it
had been ascertained that there was a majority of the stock
represented, either personally or by proxy, the meeting was declared
ready to proceed to business. The Reports of the President and
Directors with accompanying documents was presented and the meeting
adjourned until the afternoon. At the afternoon session an election
was had for President and Directors, resulting in the choice without
opposition of all the former incumbents. Some other business,
generally unimportant in its character was transacted and the meeting
adjourned. |
