| Dividend No. 25 |
| The Directors have declared a dividend of
twenty per cent on the Capital Stock of the Wilmington & Weldon
Rail Road Company, payable to the Stockholders on and after the 18th
of November next. Books for Transfer of Stock will be closed on the
1st of November, until after the 18th. |
