Among the prisoners brought
here within the last two days, 25 different Regiments are represented. |
Three cars, in a train loaded
with our wounded, were jerked from the track six miles from Bridgeport
on Friday morning, and seven soldiers killed. The train was coming
from Murfreesboro' {on the Nashville &
Chattanooga RR}. |
