| This road (or properly
speaking, the A., Tenn. & O. R. R.) is completed to within 2 1/2 miles
of Davidson College. Last week large crowds came down on the Road from
the upper end of the county, many merely for the purpose, we suppose, of
taking a ride on a Railroad. We understand that hereafter fare will be
charged. |
