| Notice to Shippers |
| On and after the 15th December all
freights destined for Meridian must be prepaid. The Southern {(of
Mississippi)} Rail Road Company will also
require from shippers a release from all liability, arising from loss
or damage occurring to freight after arrival at Meridian. |
