A General Order from the War Department |
Recognizing the necessity of Officers of
the Rail Roads have full control of their business in order to
facilitate and dispatch in transporting, military Officers are
prohibited from interfering with the Engines, cars, the running of
trains, or with the control and management in any way of the Rail
Roads. |
