Through and Close Connections to Selma and Montgomery,
Alabama and to the North and East |
By the Southern {(of
Mississippi)} Rail Road daily to Meridian,
thence by Mobile & Ohio Rail Road daily, except Sundays to
Lauderdale Station and Scooba. From Scooba, daily, in Four Horse
Coaches, via Gainesville, Clinton, Eutaw and Greensboro to Newbern,
thence by Alabama & Mississippi Rivers Rail Road, via Uniontown,
to Selma, and Stage or Steamboat to Montgomery Alabama, connecting at
Eutaw with a tri-weekly line to Tuscaloosa, and at Greensboro with
daily lines to Tuscaloosa and to Marion, Alabama. |
From Lauderdale Station tri-weekly, viz.:
On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, in Four Horse Coaches via
Livingston, Bluffport and Demopolis to Uniontown on the Alabama &
Mississippi Rivers Rail Road, and thence as above to Selma and
Montgomery. And on Monday Wednesday and Friday in Two Horse Coaches
via Livingston, Bluffport and Forkland to Greensboro, Alabama, there
connecting with the lines from Scooba. |
