The Board of Directors has this day declared a Dividend
of Four ($4) Dollars per share on the Capital Stock of the Company,
as held on the 1st instant, payable on and after the 1st September
next. |

Stockholders in Savannah will receive their dividends at
the Central Railroad Bank. |
