| The Board of Directors have
this day declared a Dividend of Eight per cent. from the Nett earnings
of the road for the six months ending July 31st ultimo, payable to the
ten holders of Stock on and after 15th instant. |
| Stockholders in Savannah will
receive their dividends at the Central Railroad Bank. |
