| Dividend No. 17 |
| The Board of Directors have
this day declared a Dividend of $8.00 per share on the General
Stock held prior to the 31st March, 1863, payable out of the earnings of
the Road previous to that time. |
| Stockholder in Savannah will
receive their dividends at the Marine Bank, on and after the 14th inst. |
