From and after the 20th inst.,
the rates of transportation for Fodder and other long forage will be 50
per cent. over the regular printed schedule, the shipper assuming all
risk for injuries or losses. If the Company assumes the risk, double the
above rates will be charged. Persons desiring Fodder or other long
forage shipped at the former rates, will sign obligations relieving the
Company from all risk or responsibility, otherwise the latter rates will
be charged. |
