| The Board of Directors has
this day declared a Dividend of Four (4) Dollars per share on the
Capital Stock of this Company, as held on the 1st inst., payable after
the 15th instant. |
| Stockholder in Savannah, will
receive their Dividends at Central Railroad Bank. |
