| The Tenth Annual Convention of
the Stockholders of the Alabama & Tennessee River Rail Road
Company will convene at Shelby Springs, on Wednesday, the 10th day of
July next, (1861) for the purpose of electing a President and Board of
Ten Directors, for said Company for the ensuing year. |
| The Board are requested to
meet at the same place on the Monday previous. |
