Change of Schedule |

Charleston, S. C., Sept. 2, 1861 |

On and after Monday, Sept. 9th, and until further notice,
the schedules of Passenger Trains upon this Road will be as follows: |
Mail Train |
Leave Charleston, 3 P.M.; arrive in Savannah, 9:30 P. M.;
connecting with Central R. R. Train for Macon at 11:10 P. M. Leave
Savannah at 7:00 A. M.; arrive in Charleston 1:15 P. M.; connecting
at Station 10 1/2 (junction) with Central R. R. Train from Macon,
and in Charleston with Northeastern R. R. at 2:15 P. M. |
Accommodation Trains |
An accommodation Train will leave Charleston every Monday
morning at 6:50 A. M.; arriving at Station No. 6 (Pocotaligo) at
12:10 P. M.; leave Station No. 6 at 1 P. M.; arriving in Charleston
at 6:15 P. M. |
A through accommodation Train will leave Charleston every
Thursday morning at 6:50 A. M., arriving in Savannah at 5 P. M.
Returning, will leave Savannah every Friday at 9 A. M., arriving in
Charleston at 6:15 P. M. |
Passengers from Charleston for Beaufort State will take
accommodation Trains on Monday and Thursday. |
Mail Train will stop at no Way Stations unless a signal
is given. |
