Railroad Collision |
Richmond, Aug. 24 |

The Knoxville Register reports a collision on the
Virginia & Tennessee Railroad, on the night of the 19th inst., in
which E. A. Ogden, of Capt. Davis' Natchez Rifles was killed. About
twenty persons were more or less severely wounded, two or three
seriously, and many others slightly bruised and scratched. |
