From and after this date, Freight shipped to any point on
the line of Road where there is not a regularly appointed Agent,
must be accompanied with a written certificate, releasing the
Company from any risk or responsibility for damages, injuries or
losses that may occur to said Freight after having been delivered at
its point of destination. |
Tickets for Freight destined to such points will not be
signed, nor will the articles be received, unless accompanied with
the necessary certificate. |
Agents are kept at the following stations, none others:
Nos 1 1/2, 2, 3, 4, 4 1/2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16,
17, 18, 19. |
