The Board of Directors has this day declared a Dividend,
from the earnings of the past six months, of Five Dollars per Share,
being at the rate of Ten per Centum per annum; and also |

An Extra Dividend |

of Five Dollars per Share from the earnings of the past six months. |
|
Both amounts payable on and after the 14th instant. |
