Subscribers to the stock of
the Brunswick & Florida Railroad Company who have not paid in 40
per cent. of the stock subscribed, are hereby notified that by a
resolution of the Board of Directors,
May 6, 1863, sixty days notice will be given to delinquent stockholders in the Savannah and Thomasville newspapers to pay up
the installments due, at the office of the Company; after the
expiration of which time the stock will be forfeited to the Company,
according to the Bye Laws of the Company Notice is hereby given. |
